There will be 2 levels of class for Soccercise.

Premiership

This class is for the person who has a base fitness already and is looking to improve fitness and improve technique.

It may suit someone who has been a player in the past and is looking to get back into football. Maybe a player currently who is looking for more fitness, maybe a Sunday or Saturday player but their team is not training at the moment.

Also may suit someone coming back from an injury and looking to start light training before they get back with their team.

The sessions will be slightly harder and more intense with more emphasis on the technique and fitness work. This is not a total beginners class !!!


Championship

This class will help a lot of people.

People of a certain age looking to have another bash at Football.

People who, haven’t played or trained for a while.

People who have maybe gained a bit of weight over the years.

People who would like to meet with footie fans and have a good time working out.

The class will be less strenuous than Premiership Class. The emphasis will be on fun and more social. The aims will be to help people achieve their targets for fitness, weight management and learning skills. Exercises will still be tough but you will get lots out of them as the week’s progress.

A good place to start and build your targets from and maybe get promotion to the higher league.
